Mr. Diamond, Associate Attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Diamond was an Associate Attorney with Glauber/Berenson in Pasadena, California, where he made regular court appearances and defended more than 300 applicant depositions. At Glauber/Berenson, Mr. Diamond also deposed physicians and researched and wrote workers’ compensation documents.
Mr. Diamond previously was an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk for The Law Offices of Craig J. Leff in San Diego. There, he prepared for both state and federal criminal trials, made court appearances, worked on issues in immigration law, and researched and resolved trademark infringement cases.
As an Intern for The Community Law Project in San Diego, Mr. Diamond provided legal advice to low-income and indigent members of San Diego. And as a research assistant at California Western School of Law, Mr. Diamond read, summarized and analyzed search warrants for the San Diego Search Warrant Project.
Mr. Diamond received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List twice and was Vice President of the school’s Amnesty International organization. He received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University.
