Mr. Litts obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctorate from the Southern California Institute of Law, where he achieved the rank of 2nd in his class.
Prior to undertaking the practice of law, Mr. Litts worked for Hartford Life Insurance Co. and more recently for Verizon Network Services, where he oversaw the administration of workers' compensation claims at the Oxnard Division.
