Mr. Cabrera, Senior Attorney, represents employers, insurance carriers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation all aspects of workers’ compensation defense.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Cabrera served as an Associate Attorney for Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Helphrey, as well as Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin, in Sacramento. At both firms, Mr. Cabrera specialized in workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurance companies. He also served as Associate Attorney at Central Valley Injured Workers Legal Clinic, where he represented injured workers before the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board.
Mr. Cabrera helped found the Professional in Worker’s Compensation, Central Valley Chapter, where he served as the chapter’s legal advisor from 2014 to 2016.
Mr. Cabrera received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in Spanish.
