COVID-19 Continuity Plan

As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, Michael Sullivan & Associates (MS&A) is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, employees, and their respective families. We pledge to deliver superior service in the midst of the current crisis. MS&A joins local officials to support our community in various capacities, through advising, providing thought leadership, and more.

MS&A has framed a continuity plan to provide transparency, minimize business interruptions, and foster uninterrupted service. The following precautionary measures have commenced: ongoing briefing on recommendations and safety policies, restricting non-essential travel, increased cleaning and sanitization, and enabling telework options to encourage self-quarantine and social distancing.

MS&A's secure server allows MS&A professionals the same processing abilities at home as in our nine offices. We actively follow the latest reports and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization, Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC), Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), etc. to help develop our policies.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not schedule or accept any in-person meetings. All meetings will be conducted via remote conferencing. When mailing documents to our office, please provide tracking information so that we can ensure delivery and coordinate with staff members appropriately.

MS&A pledges to provide superior service during this unprecedented time. Those affected by issues related to the COVID-19 should immediately seek support and guidance from their MS&A counsel. MS&A's commitment and ability to provide exceptional services remains the same.

We wish you wellness and safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
