Ms. Sullivan, Senior Partner in Northern California, is a Bar-certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. She serves on the firm’s executive committee to formulate policy and operations, and handles a significant caseload of files. She continues her duties as Managing Partner with responsibility for the offices in Oakland, San Jose and Sacramento. She is an experienced advocate for large companies with a unionized workforce.

Ms. Sullivan established the firm’s Northern California presence. Previously, she rose through the ranks in the Los Angeles office, where her final title before moving north was Managing Attorney. She oversaw the work of several other attorneys while handling a full caseload of worker’s compensation defense for self-insured employers, public entities, third-party administrators and corporations.

Before passing the bar, Ms. Sullivan worked for the firm as a Paralegal, responsible for conducting research and witness investigations, reviewing medical records, preparing petitions and facilitating the completion of discovery. She also helped edit the white paper, “SB 899: Two Years Later,” by Michael Sullivan.

During her college years, Ms. Sullivan worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, providing students with technical support.

Ms. Sullivan received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, in the two-year accelerated SCALE program. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, where she was on the Dean’s List and participated in an intensive language immersion and culture program for a semester at the University of Granada in Spain.

Ms. Sullivan is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
