Ms. Yandar, Associate Attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She joined the firm as a law clerk and was subsequently promoted to Associate Attorney.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Yandar was a legal intern for the Tax Appeals Assistant Program in San Francisco. She has also served internships with the Golden Gate University Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, the Aids Legal Referral Panel. She began her career in law as a legal assistant at Michelle Turpin P.C.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ms. Yandar was the receptionist and worked in accounts payable and receivables for Aeroscape Landscaping. She has also worked as a receptionist and finance assistant for Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake and as a teller for America First Credit Union.
Ms. Yandar received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University from which she graduated magna cum laude and was on the Dean’s list throughout her law school career. Ms. Yandar also participated in the Honors Lawyering Program and received an Outstanding Student Award. She also holds a B.S. in psychology and criminology from the University of Utah.
Ms. Yandar speaks fluent Spanish.
