Ms. Lattime, senior attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all areas of workers’ compensation defense. She develops legal strategy for discovery, investigation, conferences, and trials.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan and Associates, Ms. Lattime was the Principal Deputy City Attorney for the City of Long Beach. There, she supervised attorneys and administrators representing a large local municipality regarding compliance with disability and retirement benefits, reasonable accommodation, medical privacy issues, and Workers’ Compensation laws. She advised City Departments and City Council Representatives on legal matters and represented the City before administrative bodies on Industrial Disability Retirement matters. Prior to joining the Long Beach City’s Attorney Office, Ms. Lattime worked as an associate for a Los Angeles law firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense.
Ms. Lattime earned her Juris Doctor degree from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. She also holds a B.A. in History from Denison University, an M.P.H. from University of California Los Angeles, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from George Washington University.
