Mr. Kaplan, Associate Attorney, represents employers, insurance carriers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Kaplan worked as a senior associate at Gale Sutow & Associates and as an attorney for the Law Offices of William Hardy. He began at the latter firm as a senior paralegal. Mr. also provided legal support to Nationwide Environmental Title Research on a freelance basis. While a law student, Mr. Kaplan served as a summer associate for the United States Attorney’s Office in the eastern district of California.
Mr. Kaplan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in the top 30% of his class. Mr. Kaplan also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
