Ms. Takhar, associate attorney, represents the defense in all aspects of workers’ compensation, develops litigation strategy, analyzes complex medical reports, conducts discovery, attends hearings, conferences, and trials, appearing before Workers’ Comp Appeal Boards throughout California.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Attorneys, Ms. Takar served as deputy district attorney for Merced County where she handled a diverse caseload of misdemeanor cases. Previously, she was a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Goldberg & Ibarra.
Ms. Takhar received her Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law, where she was the LAWsuit Club secretary. She also holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis.
