Mr. Olsen, Senior Attorney, is an experienced labor and employment attorney representing public and private employers in a wide range of litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Olsen was a principal attorney at Olsen Law Offices, APC where he specialized in individual employment cases, as well as class and PAGA actions, breach of contract, and partnership disputes. Previously, he was an associate attorney at Cohelan Khoury & Singer, APC.
Mr. Olsen also served four years of active duty in the United States Navy before receiving an honorable discharge in 1995.
Mr. Olsen received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law where he was an associate writer for the California Western Law Review/International Journal of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, San Diego.
In his spare time, Mr. Olsen is a private pilot and volunteers for Angel Flights, providing medical transport, and Pilots-N-Paws, flying dogs and cats to medical treatments, foster homes, and forever homes.
Mr. Olsen speaks conversational Spanish.
