Ms. Linden, associate attorney, represents employers, insurance carriers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She began working at the firm as a law clerk before her subsequent promotion to attorney.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Linden was a summer law clerk for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where she worked in the advance planning and descendants’ estate clinics. Previously, Ms. Linden has also worked as a clinical law student for the University of California, San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center and as a summer law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney. She began her career in the law as a legal assistant for Prince Lobel Tye, LLP.
Ms. Linden received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of Law in San Francisco where she was a staff editor of the Hastings Journal on Gender and the Law and the treasurer for both the Association for Youth Advocates and the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association. As a clinical law student for the UCSF VA Medical Center, Ms. Linden received an award for outstanding performance. She also holds a B.A. in English from Boston University, where she was Vice President of the Pre-Law Society and made Dean’s list for two years.
