Ms. Kulkin, Senior Attorney, represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators and corporations all aspects of workers’ compensation, from case inception to resolution.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Kulkin was a senior staff attorney for The Hartford, where she was responsible for all workers’ compensation files and specialized in cases with a high level of complexity.
Previously, Ms. Kulkin was a litigation attorney for Pacific Compensation Insurance Company, an attorney at Domingo Elias Vu, and a workers’ compensation attorney for the Law Office of Louis D. Seaman as well as Serembe, Bakke & Seaman. Ms. Kulkin began her career as a claims specialist for Progressive Casualty handling personal and commercial liability claims.
Ms. Kulkin received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law and also holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of California at Irvine.
