Francesca Fau, associate attorney, represents defense in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She develops litigation strategy, analyzes complex medical reports, conducts discovery, and attends hearings, conferences, and trials.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Fau served as an associate at Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard, & Smith. There, she represented employers, insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators in defense of all aspects of workers’ compensation actions in California, including complex cases involving multiple parties with structured settlements. Prior to her role as associate, Ms. Fau served Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard, & Smith as a marketing assistant and clerk. She also worked at Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O’Keefe, & Nichols as an associate.
Ms. Fau earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, during which time she received a CALI Award for Law and Literature, served as student editor of the Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law, and served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Association. She received her B.A. in Communications and International Film and Media from Loyola University Chicago.
