Josh Ochoa

Mr. Ochoa, Hearing Representative, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in workers’ compensation lien defense. He holds a California Self-Insurance Plan (SIP) Certification

Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Ochoa worked as a senior resolution manager for Gallagher Bassett. Previously he was a senior workers’ compensation claims examiner for Keenan and Associates and AmTrust North America. Mr. Ochoa began his career at Sedgwick Claims Management Services where he was a workers’ compensation claim professional IAP.

Mr. Ochoa received his Juris Doctor degree from the Pacific Coast University School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
