Ms. Moon, senior attorney, is a Bar-Certified Workers Compensation specialist and represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all areas of workers’ compensation defense. She develops legal strategy for discovery, investigation, conferences, and trials. Ms. Moon also worked as an associate attorney at Michael Sullivan & Associates from 2013 to 2017.
Prior to returning to Michael Sullivan & Attorneys, Ms. Moon served as an associate attorney for Gilson Daub, where she represented self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She has also served as an independent legal contractor, and as a postgraduate Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County public defender.
Ms. Moon earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she joined the Order of the Barristers and received a certificate of Criminal Legal Practice. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of La Verne, where she graduated summa cum laude.
