Ms. Falsafi, Associate Attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She joined the firm as a law clerk and was subsequently promoted to Associate Attorney.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Falsafi worked as a law clerk for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, Loewy, LLP. Previously, she worked for the Alexander Community Law Clinic as a law clerk in the immigration clinic. As a law student, Mr. Falsafi was a legal extern for Brereton, Mohamed & Terrazas, LLP and California Capital & Investment Group. She also worked as a legal advisor and subsequently student associate for the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic, as well as a legal intern for the Yassavoli Law Group and Mamann, Sandluk & Kingwell, LLP.
Ms. Falsafi received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was the co-founder and President of the Real Estate Law Society, as well as a member of the First-Generation Law Student Association, Women in Law Society, and Chiefs in Intellectual Property. Ms. Falsafi also holds a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from York University in Toronto. She speaks fluent Farsi.
