Ms. Hall, associate attorney, represents the defense in workers’ compensation claims. She conducts research, drafts documents, and correspondence, and assists in discovery as well as the analysis of medical reporting. Ms. Hall. Hall brings a strong medical background to workers’ compensation issues as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (“RDHAP”). She is the only RDHAP in the nation who gained her experience in the Operating Room and passed on this knowledge to dental students at UCLA Dental School.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Hall served as contract attorney for Anderies & Gomes, LLP where she specialized in issues related to PAGA, wage and hour, breach of contract, and misclassification claims. Previously, Ms. Hall served as an associate attorney for the Hall Law Corporation, working on issues related to business law.
Ms. Hall received her Juris Doctor degree from Abraham Lincoln University of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. As a law student, Ms. Hall acted as both plaintiff, certified law student and assistant to co-counsel where her efforts proved to be not only pivotal but victorious against the California Department of Health Services due to federal law violations concerning dental provider reimbursements.
Prior to pursuing a career in the law, Ms. Hall was a dental hygienist for nearly two decades. She also holds a B.S. in Dental Sciences from O’HeHir University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
