Ms. Baig, Senior Attorney, is a Bar-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law. She represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense. Before her promotion, Nadia was an Associate Attorney for the firm.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Nadia was an Associate Attorney at Hanna, Brophy, MacLean, McAleer & Jensen in Los Angeles, where she represented insurance companies and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including case management and strategy, depositions, settlement negotiations and preparation of petitions and motions. She negotiated and litigated lien claims, and attended hearings before WCABs throughout Southern California.
Nadia served in a similar role as an Associate Attorney at Stonesifer and Chong in Woodland Hills, representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense. She practiced workers’ compensation law as an Associate Attorney at Dordulian Law Group in Glendale, where she also managed all aspects of litigation in personal injury cases; drafted stock purchase and lease agreements; and appeared in court for criminal arraignments and pretrial conferences.
Nadia was an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Larry Haakon Clough in Northridge, and a Law Clerk at Castaneda & Associates in San Diego.
Nadia received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in Massachusetts, where she was a participant in the award-winning first-year writing program. She received her undergraduate degree from DeVry University in West Hills, California.
Nadia is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
