Ms. Diez, Hearing Representative, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in workers’ compensation lien defense. Ms. Diez began at the firm as a law clerk before subsequently being promoted to hearing representative.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Diez worked as a law clerk for Susan E. Weisner, a law corporation where she supported attorneys practicing family law. She has also worked as a student representative for both a Tax Appeals Assistant Program and a Pro Se Mediation Advocacy clinic. Ms. Diez began her law career as a briefing clerk for Flahive, Ogden & Latson, a workers’ compensation defense firm in Austin, Texas.
Ms. Diez received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Marymount University Law School where she was Vice President of the Tax Law Society. She also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Texas, Austin.
