Paul E. Zayat

Paul E. Zayat, Senior Attorney, is a bar-certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation. He represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation, from case inception to resolution. 

Before joining Michael Sullivan and Associates, Mr. Zayat was Senior Managing Attorney at Stander Reubens Thomas Kinsey, where he specialized in workers’ compensation defense and managed a team of attorneys and staff. He has also worked as an associate attorney at Jacobson & Associates and Morrow & White, where he practiced workers’ compensation defense. As an attorney at the Law Offices of Eric B. Alspaugh, Mr. Zayat also practiced contract and intellectual property law. 

Mr. Zayat received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School where he won a CALI Award in Patent Prosecution. He also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, where he was also Coptic Club President. Additionally, Mr. Zayat is certified in the Fundamentals of Engineering from the National Council of Examiners of Engineering and Surveying.
