Ms. Guasch, Associate Attorney, represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Guasch worked as an associate attorney for the Witkop Law Group. Previously she served as a junior associate attorney at Stander Reubens Thomas Kinsey. At both firms, Ms. Guasch specialized in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Guasch began her legal career as a copyright ownership operations associate for the E-Team at Google, where she enforced the Digital Millennium Copyright Act concerning copyright violations uploaded to YouTube.
Ms. Guasch received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. In 2017, she represented Santa Clara University in the Client Interviewing and Counseling Moot Competition and won second place in the region. Ms. Guasch also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
Ms. Guasch loves to travel and spend time outdoors camping and hiking. She rescues dogs. She is fluent in Tagalog.
