Ms. Casilli, Senior Attorney, is both an experienced Workers’ Compensation defense attorney and a former Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge, providing her with a rare and practical perspective as to proper and effective handling of workers’ compensation claims cases. At Michael Sullivan and Associates, she represents employers, insurance carriers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation and devises litigation strategy from inception to the resolution of the case and appears before WCABS throughout Southern California.
Ms. Casilli was recognized as one of the worker’s compensation lawyers of distinction for 2021 and 2022 in Sonoma Magazine. She is a former Board Member of the North Bay Workers Compensation Association.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Casilli served as a senior associate attorney in the Law Offices of Richard K. Green, A.P.C., where she specialized in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Casilli also served as a Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge for the San Francisco Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Previously, she was an associate attorney at the Hartford, Hanna Brophy, Mullen & Filippi, LLP, and Brayton Purcell LLP. Before pursuing a career in law, Ms. Casilli taught high school English and history in Sonoma County.
Ms. Casilli received her Juris Doctor degree from Empire College School of Law. She also holds a California Teaching credential and a B.A. in English from Sonoma State University.
