Mr. Ashikyan, associate attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all areas of workers’ compensation defense.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan and Associates, Mr. Ashiyan was the principal and managing counsel of Ashikyan Law Firm, where he handled personal injury, estate planning, and workers compensation matters. He has also worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney for State Compensation Insurance Fund and as an attorney in workers’ compensation and employment matters for Simonian & Simonian, PLC. Mr. Ashikyan began his legal career as a legal intern for Pacifica Enterprises Investments.
Mr. Ashikyan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in philosophy of science from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona.
