Mr. Cher, senior attorney, represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation from case inception to resolution. He conducts research and depositions, analyzes medical reporting and records, drafts documents and attends hearings, conferences and trials, appearing before WCABs throughout Southern California.
Before joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Cher was a partner at Bradford & Barthel where he represented insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Previously, Mr. Cher was an associate at Adelson, Teston, Brundo & Jimenez, as well as at Joseph L. Shalant, a law corporation, and England, Whitfield, Schroeder, & Tredway. Mr. Cher began his law career as a law clerk for Poppin & Shier
Mr. Cher received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He also holds an M.S. in management from Boston University – Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel and a B.A. in history and economics from Stanford University.
Mr. Cher speaks Modern Hebrew and plays the clarinet in community bands.
