Mr. Reich, associate attorney, represents the defense in workers’ compensation claims. He conducts research, drafts documents and correspondence, and assists in discovery and the analysis of medical reporting. He attends conferences, hearings and trials, appearing before the WCAB.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Reich worked as a sole-practitioner representing clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, business litigation, employment law, bankruptcy and appellate matters.
Mr. Reich received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a B.A. with honors in social studies from Harvard University.
