Ms. Smith, Associate Attorney, represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She joined the firm as a law clerk and was subsequently promoted to Associate Attorney.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Smith served as a legal intern for Orange County Rescue Mission and the Bet Tzedek Low Income Tax Clinic. Before pursuing a career in Law, Ms. Smith was a logistics manager at Out-Fit. She has also worked as an operations representative for CH Robinson and as a math tutor for Learn 4 Life at Desert Sands Charter High School.
Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School, where she excelled in courses like Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Evidence and Legal Writing. Ms. Smith also holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
